Commercial kits are great for the beginning weaver who may not want to invest in large quantities of supplies. All materials are included and instructions are well written. My first three baskets were from these kits. My basket students love these and are asking for more. The only tools you will need besides what is provided are a tape measure, a garden shear type cutter or good pair of scissors, and a dish pan type container of warm water.
